Acronym: CAVAWINNER
Goal: Improve the competitiveness and positioning of Spanish cava compared to other international sparkling wines, through research and the incorporation of technologies to its traditional elaboration system, with the aim of reducing costs of production and improve the quality of the final product, adapting it to the tastes of the international consumer.
