We celebrate the 10th anniversary of PTV, whose technical secretariat we manage
The Wine Technology Platform has brought together the sector to celebrate its fifth Innovation Awards and its tenth anniversary as an association. The event was attended by institutional representation of the State Research Agency, as well as the CDTI Innovation. Both belonging to the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
From artica+i we are part of this association and we are in charge of its Technical Secretariat, through our management service of technology platforms and clusters, which we articulate through the business unit of Consulting for Innovation.
Last Monday, the wine sector gathered at CaixaForum Madrid to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Wine Technology Platform, an association of which we are part and whose technical secretariat we have been managing since its inception.

10 years promoting R&D&I
The PTV then offered a dinner to celebrate its tenth anniversary as an association, which began with words of welcome from its first secretary general and current director general of the FEV, José Luis Benítez. During his speech he took stock of the last decade and recalled how it began to take shape in 2011 what in 2013 would become the PTV association.
In addition, the PTV had a special recognition to the work and dedication of the four presidents who have been at the head of the association during this last decade: Javier Pagés, Félix Solís, Fernando Pozo and Mireia Torres.
Carlos Moro, current president of the PTV and Bodegas Familiares Matarromera, put the finishing touch to the event with a closing speech and toast of honor to celebrate “these 10 years full of success for Spanish wine innovation, in which the PTV has established itself as a benchmark of R+D+i”. He also added that the PTV is looking to the future, facing it “with equal parts enthusiasm and responsibility, to continue working on the promotion of strategic R&D&I projects that help to better position our wines, both within and beyond our borders”.
From our Innovation Consulting department we integrate the management service of technology platforms and clusters through support in the promotion, creation, strategic direction and operational management of these entities.
Specifically, in the case of the Wine Technology Platform, we have been in charge of its Technical Secretariat since 2011 and are part of its organizational structure, under the guidelines of its governing bodies. We support the economic and administrative management of the PTV, formulating budgets and strategic work plans of the association.
