Project title: “Ecological and technological strategies to improve the freshness of Spanish wines”.

Acronym: FRESHWINES

Goal: Improve the freshness of Spanish wines from different areas, both bottled and in bulk, according to the consumption trends of international markets, through ecological viticultural strategies to monitor the ripening of the grapes in the vineyard and biotechnological tools in the field of winemaking.
