Call for R&D&I Projects «Collaboration Challenges»
From yesterday until 18 May 2021 at 14:00 (Spanish peninsular time), the deadline for submitting applications for aid for the development of R&D&I projects in Strategic Lines, which the State Research Agency (AEI), part of the Ministry of Science and Innovation, has launched, will remain open.
107.5 million euros is the total amount that the AEI will allocate to finance industrial research projects in collaboration between companies and research organisations. Part of the aid, 43 million euros, will be in the form of a loan, while the remaining 64.5 million euros will be granted in the form of a subsidy under the Recovery and Resilience Plan.
The projects selected in competitive concurrence must have an implementation period of 3 years and a budget between 400,000€ and 2 million €. In addition, their objectives must be aligned with one of the 23 challenges identified by the AEI.
This call, with similarities to the previous “Retos Colaboración”, is open to public and private research organisations and centres, companies or sectoral business associations. However, the consortium must be public-private and have a minimum participation of two entities, at least one of which must be a public or private research organisation. Furthermore, the maximum participation by a single entity may be up to 70% of the total budget of the project.
At artica+i we have a team specialised in Innovation Consultancy with capacity and experience in the presentation of applications for grants of these characteristics, as well as providing support in the subsequent monitoring and scientific-technical justification of R&D&I projects.
