R&D Projects: modalities “Research Challenges” and “Knowledge Generation”
The Ministry of Science and Innovation, through the State Research Agency (AEI), has published the 2021 call for R&D&I project grants for “Research Changelles” and “Knowledge Generation”, which aims to promote and accelerate the transfer of knowledge and results generated in State Plan research projects, through R&D projects of “Excellence” or “Knowledge Generation”, R&D&I projects “Research Challenges” and oriented fundamental research projects (reference code RTA).
This is a 40 million euros call included in the EU’s Resilience and Recovery Mechanism, which aims to facilitate progress in the early stages of development and facilitate the transfer or exploitation of the results, in the form of products, goods, services or other applications, which are beneficial to the economy, society, culture or public policies as a whole.
The application period for this aid, aimed at universities, public R&D&I centres, technology centres and public and private non-profit organisations linked to science, technology, research and innovation, will be open from 29 April to 13 May 2021.
The duration of the projects will be 2 years, and the amount of aid, for individual or coordinated initiatives, will in no case exceed 150,000€ per project.
